MATERIALS TESTING

  • Set-up for catalytic activity measurements, analyses are done with Gasmet(TM) FTIR-analyzer and by chemiluminescence based oxygen analyzer
  • Catalytic oxidation equipment for SVOC and CVOC studies, analyses are done with Gasmet(TM) FTIR-analyzer (2 separate set-ups)
  • Set-up for catalysts ageing studies
  • An annular-type batch photoreactor made from Teflon for liquid phase studies, ~1L
  • The quartz-glass set-up for liquid phase photocatalytic studies (visible light, UV-A and UV-B)
  • A laboratory scale photocatalytic equipment for gas-phase studies

MATERIALS CHARACTERIZATION

  • Spectroscopic surface and performance analyses (DRIFT, FTIR, Raman, FTIR imaging, SPR) of inorganic and bio-based materials
  • IR-imaging techniques (FTIR microscope)
  • In-situ spectroscopy (DRIFT)
  • Operando spectroscopy (DRIFT, fluoresence suppressed Raman set-ups)
  • Elemental analysis (XRF, CS-analysis)
  • Chemical analysis (FTIR for gas and solid, Raman spectroscopy)
  • Porosity and surface probing techniques (Sorptometry, temperature programmed methods, zeta-potential measurement, potentiostat/galvanostat)
